Shop Your Vybe works with trusted supplier and fulfillment partners to deliver curated products directly to customers.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, order volume, holidays, or verification requirements.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is generally:

7–25 business days

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on supplier location, carrier delays, destination, customs, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.

3. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately. You may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different days.

This is normal when products are fulfilled by different supplier partners or warehouses.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Shop Your Vybe is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
