At Shop Your Vybe, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because many of our products are fulfilled through supplier partners, returns are reviewed according to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or resolution if your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing parts or components
  • Significantly different from the product ordered

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the item, packaging, defect, damage, or incorrect product

We may request additional information before approving a return, replacement, refund, or store credit.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return review, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Returned with all accessories, parts, tags, manuals, or inserts when applicable

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage by customer, missing parts, or altered condition may not qualify.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier limitations, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These final sale items include:

  • Beauty tools and personal care items
  • Grooming items
  • Skincare or body care products
  • Shapewear, bodysuits, undergarments, or intimate apparel
  • Fitness accessories used on the body
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

6. Replacements

Depending on product availability and supplier approval, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided if your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee. 

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or submitted for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed by our supplier or fulfillment partner, we may not be able to cancel it.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Shop Your Vybe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, lost, or stolen. Please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or local carrier before contacting us.

We will do our best to assist with tracking information when available.
